I have used ustream.tv for a while, but then heard people suggest justin.tv. So I tried it and I do enjoy justin.tv, but getting people to randomly watch my channel almost never happens. When ever I go on ustream.tv, I tend to have atleast 5 people watching me draw comics/art and actually interacting with me by asking questions on what I use and how I create.
So justin.tv has better quality, but doesn't seem to do well in the talking with the artist factor. While ustream.tv allows me to view the chat channel in the broadcast window.
